Announcement of Final Make-up Examination Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year

ANNOUNCEMENT

FINAL MAKE-UP EXAMINATION EVEN SEMESTER 2022/2023 ACADEMIC YEAR

It is announced to all students of the Petroleum Engineering that Petroleum Engineering Department will hold Final Make-up Examination Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year on:

Date : June 20-22, 2023

Time : According to agreement with the Lecturer

Tempat : According to agreement with the Lecturer

Students who can take make-up exams are in accordance with the requirements in the Guidebook and Academic Information for the Faculty of Mineral Technology for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, point 3.10 regarding Make-up Evaluations, page 10, namely:

• Sick and undergoing hospitalization as confirmed by a doctor’s certificate
• Family (parents, husband, wife, children, siblings) passed away
• Obtain an assignment from The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia/UPNVY/FTM/Department with a certificate that is legalized/acknowledged by the Dean/Vice Chancellor.

Applications for make-up examinations must be processed no later than June 20, 2023 by contacting Petroleum Engineering Department Administration (Mrs. Jariyah)
