COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION
The Comprehensive Assessment will be carried out in 2 stages, namely the CBT (Computer Based Test) Examination and the Oral Examination.
Requirements
- Input Comprehensive Courses for that semester with proof of Study Card
- Have fulfilled the academic requirements with proof of transcript (minimum 120 credits)
- Have carried out work practice course (requirements for comprehensive grade)
- Attend comprehensive studium general.
Brief Procedures of Comprehensive Courses
- Attend Studium General
- Fill out the CBT Scheduling Form
- Verify the requirements at department administration
- Take CBT exams and oral exam
CBT Examination Procedures
- Arrive 10 minutes before the exam. Place your bag and communication equipment in front. The supervisor will explain the technicalities of working on the questions
- The exam time is 50 minutes for 60 questions, with a composition of 20 questions for each field. Exams can be taken randomly
Oral Exam Registration
- Students will be asked to complete the oral exam schedule based on the days determined by the comprehensive coordinator
- The coordinator will schedule examiners and test locations, and will be announced before the test is held
Oral Examination Procedures
- Participants enter the examination room according to schedule wearing white clothes and black ties.
- Participants will be asked questions regarding: Drilling, Production, Reservoirs and Formation Evaluation by 2 (two) examiners.
- Once finished, participants leave the room and then the examiners will give scores based on the standards set by the comprehensive coordinator
