STRUCTURE OF ORGANIZATION

Departments are organizers and managers of academic education in 1 (one) or several branches of science and technology. The function of the Department is:

  • Plan and supervise the implementation of education and teaching, research and community service.
  • Developing an educational curriculum according to the field of science.
  • Coordinate and develop groups of lecturers based on knowledge groups or fields of study interest in order to develop updated course syllabi, refine course syllabuses, and prepare course modules.
  • Designing lecturer teaching assignments.
  • Designing the formation of a new class.
  • Coordinate and implement academic regulations.
  • Establish a collaborative network with stakeholders in order to develop Study Programs (development of graduate competencies, curriculum and work networks).
  • Supervise the implementation of academic service activities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of academic quality assurance at the Study Program level.
